One of the problems with failing business today is their customer service. I was sitting in my car and a place called Surplus Warehouse and the manager walks around my car and takes down my plate number. I pulled over to him and asked what the problem was and he then threatened to call the police. I tried to have a dialog with the man but it seems that it was a new position for him and he wanted to prove something. Little does he know, I was a member of SLED South Carolina Law Enforcement Division for four years as well as a member of law enforcement in Jersey for two and I just pulled away. I also wrote a few bad reviews because potential customers are being harassed. I would rather head over to Lowes or the Home Depot now, and would rather not find out what is going on in that store. I already talked with the district manager and he will reprimand his employee. By the way, I will use everything in my power to have that store closed down within the year.
